Party Rentals Policy for bounce houses and party equipment

At BNSE, we aim to exceed our customers’ expectations every time they rent from us. We are all about transparency and treating others as we would like to be treated. We understand that sometimes our plans don’t always work out due to the acts of God or personal reason(s). Below is our policy for discounts, rescheduling, and cancellation of rentals:

Discounts:

A minimum total rental amount must be $220 or more to receive the discount.

Rescheduling of Equipment Rental(s). The delivery date of the rented equipment can be rescheduled for a later date AS LONG AS the equipment IS AVAILABLE for the desired date. Please keep in mind that if, during rescheduling, we have a conflict with your preferred delivery time and the time of another delivery already scheduled on that date, you WILL HAVE TO adjust your delivery time for BNSE to meet our delivery timeline.

Cancellation Timelines and Accrued Cost:

-Cancellation a week or more prior to your Reservation date: 2.3% of the rental fee plus $0.30

-Cancellation between five to seven days before your Reservation date: Free rescheduling or Forfeiture of $50.00 plus 2.3% of the rental fee plus $0.30

-Cancellation between two to four days prior to your Reservation date: Free rescheduling or Forfeiture of $75.00

-Cancellation one day before your Reservation date: Free rescheduling or Forfeiture of 50% of the total price (Minus Delivery or Set Fee)
-Cancellation less than one day prior to your Reservation date: Free Reschedule or Forfeiture of 100% of total price (Minus Delivery or Set Fee)

Cancellation Timelines and Accrued Cost Due to Act of God:

-Cancellation a week or more prior to your Reservation date due to Act of God: $0.00

-Cancellation between five to seven days prior to your Reservation date due to Act of God: Free Reschedule or Forfeiture of $50.00

-Cancellation between two to four days before your Reservation date due to Act of God: Free Reschedule or Forfeiture of $75.00

-Cancellation one day prior to your Reservation date due to Act of God: Free Reschedule or Forfeiture of 50% of total price (Minus Delivery or Set Fee)

An act of God is any natural event that humans can not control. Examples include tornadoes, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, lightning, hail, and wind gusts.
